How do I make special requests?

Everything we do at Andy’s Cleaners is done on-site.  You are talking only with the folks who will be handling your garments.  The best way to make a special request, is to come in and let us know what you need.  After hours, simply leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. Please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions.

How do I pay?

Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card.

Is my credit card information safe?

We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all of our web transactions so that your credit card information remains safe.

What if there is a problem when I get my clothes back?

Do you do alterations?

Yes. For alterations, pin the instructions to the garment that needs alterations. Return times can vary depending on the complexity of the alteration.

Are there any extra costs or membership fees?

No, you pay our regular in-store prices. There are no additional fees.

Is there a minimum order?

No. No need to wait for a bag full of dirty clothes. Any amount is fine.

What do I put my clothes in?

We will provide you with an Andy’s Cleaners Reusable Bag.
